from 100 reviewsI am a fuzz face guy so like working my volume knob on the guitar for differing levels of saturation. The Twelve reacts much like a fuzz face, with a subtle difference of not providing overblown lows as full volume. So, along with excellent clean up, providing transparent amp tones, you can get more usable high gain as well. It’s a fantastic always on pedal. Great work!!!!

I've heard the sound of a Fender Tweed on the edge of collapse on numerous recordings (think Neil Young, Wilco) but I've never experienced it first hand.......until now! There's grit and sparkle with the gain low and tone high, but boost the gain and turn down the tone and you've got filth and fuzziness, and best of all it even does sag just like the amp. Love it!

I've loved every pedal I have purchased from Reeves. The new more compact Leo is no exception. Compact on your board. Sleek look. Easy controls. And TONE TONE TONE. Want the Neil Young exploding tweed amp thing? You've got it! But ot does way more. Bring the gain down and volume up and you have a lovely overdrive that could easily be your core tone. Want full on almost fuzz? Its there. The tone knob is uniquely interactive with the other knobs as well. If you are considering buying this pedal I can confidently say you should absolutely buy it. You won't be disappointed. I'm only sorry that I bought it after building my main pedalboard . It's a professional build that's a pain to breakdown, but I 100% want this on that board now.

My Black Hat Sound took a while to get here but it was completely worth the wait, and instantly I was able to appreciate the time and craft Markus and team put into their creations. These pedals look fantastic.
One of the thickest - clearest - fuzz tones I've ever heard! The range of the knobs is quite something and I couldn't get a bad sound out of it(not that I was trying!) -and that's with the volume around 3 on my Magnatone combo.
The only problem I have is that I also have a Facet IZ- also exceptional - and I can't put both first in the chain on my board! A good problem to have for sure - and a great reason to start a second board ;-)

Man, this fuzz is so characterful! I love everything about it. It looks fantastic - build quality is phenomenal! There are so many great sounds as the controls are really interactive. I've tried it with Gibson P90s and 57 Humbuckers so far and it copes with both equally well feeding a Kingsley Page into an AC15. I'm looking forward to trying it with single coils, but I can't put the current guitar down, a Les Paul Special, as it sounds so good with the Zo.
Buddy Blues said recently that Markus makes the best fuzz pedals there is. I think he's right!

Very versatile certainly adds mojo to my marshall

What a fantastic pedal. I already used a treble booster but this 108master is in a different league. The sounds you have in your head are finally realised. I also own a Black Hat Sound and that is the best Fuzz I ever played… Thanks Marcus!

All expectations exceeded! Awesome experience all around, from ordering, following the builds on Instagram, to super fast shipping to the USA from England. Pedal is beautiful and sounds fantastic. Customer for life here! Thank you Mr. Reeves. Looking forward to my Red Dot Sound end of the month.

As always, Markus knocks it out of the park. The finish on this is absolutely incredible looking, and the sounds aren’t anything less than magical. Very cool addition to my ever growing collection of his immaculate works of art and sound. Since I’ve taken to using a mini board with a Fuzz on the floor in front, this will see regular rotation with my BHS-D too!

My new favorite fuzz! Best Zonk I've tried. What a great pedal...thanks!

Really really great pedal. Sounds fantastic and it’s a blast to play.

Perfect. Simply, the most perfect zonk. And what every zonk aims to be. Reeves is in my opinion the leading fuzz builder in the world today.

This pedal does everything you’d expect—and then some. I had heard the online reviews, but experiencing it in person feels even more multidimensional. The tones are rich, dynamic, and endlessly inspiring.
There’s a saying: “Perfect is the enemy of good.” This is not just a good pedal—it’s perfect. It exceeds every expectation.

I had tried to order this pedal from the limited drops without any luck. Ordered on the waitlist Wednesday this spring and the delivery took some time but it was worth it. To me this is a very unique flavour of fuzz that will be a great complement to my other fuzz pedals.

Everything about Reeves Electro is exemplary. The service, the experience, dealing with Markus. And then you get one of the finest pedals you’ve ever seen or heard.
Exemplary inside and out, the 2N2Face has a glorious bloom on the sustain that takes you and your playing on a journey you’re going to love. It feels like there’s so much life in this pedal, and it’s been a blast getting to know it the past couple of weeks.
I look forward to many, many more hours together - thank you Markus, you are a wizard, an artist and a gent!
