Order processing time

● All pedals are ordered in the understanding it is a pre order. We aim to build and ship your order within 28 days of cleared payment. In all honesty we are usually much quicker than this. But, on the odd occasion, that there are parts delays or logistics problems you will always be informed.

● If a delay occurs with your build, and we expect not to ship within our expected timeframe, we will email you with a revised delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel you order if you feel it is taking too long. We pride ourselves on making sure you are kept informed every step of the way.

● Orders are processed during weekdays only.

● On the advertised annual occasion we offer a 'Waitlist Wednesday' where the full range is available to pre order for 24hrs. Processing times will be significantly longer than 28 days. This will be notified on your confirmation email for that date and you will be emailed when your pedal has started its build process.

DHL Express (pedals)  / 3 to 7 Business days  / Worldwide - £35  - UK is Free

Shipping confirmation

● We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been packed and labelled for collection. You will than receive an email from DHL Express when it is collected and then further updates from them as it passes through the shipping system.

● No orders are available for personal collection

Customs and Import Duties

● All border fees, taxes and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
