discontinued due to being an absolute P.I.T.A. to build it will be back in a pedalboard / build friendly format soon though

Two Fuzz Boxes in one! One is an absolute classic, the other is a super rare 70s Italian high gain fuzz monster.

Both fuzzes are based on the classic three transistor T/bender mk2 fuzz, but with one key difference - this is made using super stable silicon transistors! Inspired by my own 1970 Jen Fuzz which is a (very) re-voiced silicon version of a Marshall Supa Fuzz circuit. I thought why not include both voicings? So inside the screen printed, holo-flake sparkle lacquered, sand cast original Jen style / MK2 bender enclosure you'll find two toggle switches. One switch swaps between the Jen Fuzz with the clipping diode output section and the Marshall SupaFuzz with no clipping diodes on the output. Magically there is very little difference in volume between the two settings. The other toggle is a mids shift the + side adds much more lower mids and pushes the second transistor into a much more saturated fuzz in the - position it thins out and has less bass and less gain. This is actually one of my favourite settings combined with the MSF mode.

A no messing, original spec, full size Fuzz. I've tried to keep the important parts as the originals, but have added some of my own touches as well.

History - The short lived Italian company Jen Elettronica produced many products for well known companies such as Vox and Arbiter. Most notably they were the original producers of their own design the cry baby wah.

These will be battery operation only, with no LED, the only modern concession is that the input and output are the 'correct way round'.

I build these pedals in my garden workshop in Northamptonshire UK. I finish the entire pedal to a standard I think looks as good inside, as it sounds on the outside. It might be covered up but when you're in that moment you KNOW the mojo you have under the hood.

Please be aware, these are totally hand built, so there might me some slight cosmetic variation between each pedal. The gun metal finish is an oxidation process and will vary slightly in shade, and sometimes shows a pleasing uneven patina due the enclosures casting process. Your pedal will age gracefully, as parts of the case wear-polish, usually around the front corners.

I play and adjust each one to make sure they sound as good as the first one i built. The grade and rating of every component has been painstakingly tested and I am proud to put my name to each pedal I build.

Room shaking

This pedal is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Beautiful classic looks on the outside, built like a tank, then shakes the room when you step on it! A unique tone, which is definitely welcome these days, and as usual, meticulously built.
